Regulation and hiring:

MCK has always embraced ethics and respect for labor laws. We strictly follow the law and collective bargaining agreements in all employment contracts.

Outsourcing of Departments:

 

We carry out the entire process of hiring professionals according to the activity they will perform, such as: medical examination, PPE, uniforms, benefits and all the bureaucratic aspects:

 

Control of medical examinations upon admission, periodic, return to work, change of function, dismissal;

  • Payroll calculation, timekeeping control, 13th salary, vacations, social security contributions (GPS) and FGTS, calculation of terminations and approvals, issuance of pay slips, IRRF calculation, payroll;

  • Calculation and generation of the dismissal process.

Regularization:


All MCK Automação employees, whether performing internal work or work under a labor lease agreement, are duly registered in accordance with the Labor Code (CLT). In addition to processing and calculating payroll when necessary, we collect signatures and archive all timesheets, both physical and digital.

 

Recruitment and Selection:


We follow selection standards, in addition to the requirements for all legal documents, additional documents, and a complete medical examination for each position.

Files and Documents:

 

All organized alphabetically, by registration number, function, and job title. We request them immediately, digitize them, and archive them for future integration requests.

Occupational Safety:

 

Through solid occupational safety management, we provide services for a wide range of functions, always ensuring the company's corporate protection and the safety of all its employees.
