MCK Help Chain

MCK Help-Chain ®: is a standardized system, inspired by the Lean Manufacturing system, which works with the maintenance structure allocated at MCK, starting with telephone service, moving on to remote access/operation, and possibly even the MCK team traveling to the site, providing:
Emergency care
Specialized service
Rapid resumption of production
In this routine of interaction and involvement, the system's objective is to resolve the problem immediately upon its emergence, starting with the production operator, moving on to the immediate leaders, with final supervision by managers from all support areas, eliminating instabilities in the process.

With a focus on production stability and the best cost/benefit for our customers, MCK developed a 9-step system, subdivided into two phases:
Phase I – Mapping
1- Registration of the installed park
2- Mapping and risk classification of each piece of equipment
3- Definition of selected key equipment
4- Identification of selected equipment
Phase II – System Implementation
5- Backup of programs installed on key equipment
6- Provision, on a loan basis, of the MCK notebook with all programs and software licenses installed
7- MCK team/programmers sizing
8- Training the local maintenance team in remote access procedures

Quantitative aspects ($)
<> Customer does not need to invest in purchasing hardware, software and communication cables
<> There is no need to hire maintenance technicians and programmers
<> Lower cost compared to travel/visit of technical team to the remote access site
<> Rapid resumption of production with the ready availability of the team and specialized labor
