Pre-Treatment Lines for Painting
Immersion Pretreatment
Immersion pretreatment is recommended in cases where the geometry and size of the parts make it difficult for the solution to penetrate inside them.
Dip coating can be applied to continuous or indexed systems, such as automotive components, agricultural machinery, household appliances, metal furniture, construction equipment, welded assemblies in general, among others.

Spray Pretreatment

Spray pre-treatment is recommended for parts in general and is carried out using spray nozzles that allow for better mechanical action against the surface being treated, ensuring the effectiveness of the process.
This type of system can be applied to many industrial products such as wheels, automotive and metal parts and pieces.
We deliver solutions that bring savings to the production process by interconnecting wastewater treatment systems and appropriate disposal of process waste.
Pretreatment by Cleaning with Carbon Dioxide
Carbon dioxide (CO2) cleaning is recommended for treating plastic parts. This process removes surface dirt such as grease, oil, glue residue, soot, thin layers of paint, and more, leaving no residue. The advantage of this equipment is the significant reduction of foot prints. This process can be applied manually or automatically, using robotic cells. The team of engineers and designers at MCK Painting designs and develops the most efficient solution for your company.

Pre-Treatment by Flaming

Flame treatment is a surface activation process for plastic parts that breaks down surface molecules, ensuring that paints effectively bond with the substrate. This process significantly improves the ability of liquids to wet the surface, creating a strong bond between the surface and the coating.
Pre-Treatment by Power Washing
Power washing is recommended for cleaning plastic and metal parts. It's a system similar to spray pretreatment, except it doesn't include the pickling and phosphating stages.

Pre-Treatment by Robotic Washing

Robotic washing is recommended for cleaning components and equipment in hard-to-reach areas. It involves a robotic system with a high-pressure pumping system for washing chemicals and air for drying areas where liquid may be trapped.
