Cleaning Station
MCK Welding , a company specializing in welding processes, supplies automatic cleaning stations for robotic cells. This equipment performs preventive cleaning, ensuring the stability of the welding process and, therefore, ensuring the torch's performance and efficiency.

TBi BRG-2 G
The new TBi BRG-2-ES cleaning station offers a complete solution for torch cleaning. The cleaning process takes no more than 7 seconds and is carried out in parallel with the loading and unloading times. Equipped with a closed spray unit, anti-spatter fluid is applied to the torch head in a controlled manner, thus preventing contamination of the robot cell and reducing the use of anti-spatter fluid.

Dados Técnicos

TCS Compact
The TCS Compact cleaning station allows the robot to automatically position itself to cut the wire and clean the robotic torch nozzle, as well as apply anti-spatter liquid. This reduces maintenance downtime and ensures system performance is as expected.
Ensure process stability in robotic welding with preventive torch cleaning.

TCS-FP
The TCS-FP is the efficient, plug-and-play solution for robotic welding torch maintenance. Featuring a single-point connector, the TCS-FP comes equipped with drip tray covers on the reamer blade and a wire cutting station for a cleaner, more efficient flaring cycle.

The anti-spatter injection unit is a new pneumatic application that eliminates the need for a solenoid and allows activation through robot movement. The protective cover around the injector improves welding nozzle coverage and collects more overspray.

Robacta CTC
Manually changing the contact tube is time-consuming and causes production interruptions. With Robacta CTC, this step is automated. So replacement takes only up to 40 seconds—without interrupting production.
Preset torques also reduce operating errors by maintenance personnel, thus increasing equipment durability.
Automatic exchange in just 40 seconds
No interruption in production
Possibility of changing 10 contact tubes without manual intervention
Robot with less downtime
Fewer operating errors thanks to defined torques
Contact tubes with optimized duty cycle

Milling system for the inner wall of the nozzle, to remove welding splashes, including the tool (milling cutter);
Automatic anti-splash liquid sprayer;
Pedestal to support the torch cleaning unit;
Automatic cleaning lasts no more than 7 seconds and is carried out in parallel with the manual loading and unloading time;
The cleaning frequency is programmed on the robot itself.
