The ESTUN MATE arc welding software package features CANopen, RS485, and I/O communication. These communications provide consistent, real-time data between the welding robot and the power source. In addition to basic welding functions, the ESTUN MATE package also offers a variety of advanced features, such as registration code activation, graphical monitoring of current, voltage, and wire feed speed, stuck wire detection, automatic stuck wire release, robot and power source interlock, sequence welding, intermittent welding, pendulum welding, and more. The location and tracking functions provide accurate, real-time location of the welding seam, greatly simplifying teaching and tool complexity, helping users achieve higher efficiency and qualification rates. Welding parameters can be set and displayed on the Teach Pendent welding interface.
