The pantograph conveyor belt with free rollers, also known as a flexible conveyor, serves the function of moving loads such as cardboard boxes, bales, drums, and other materials by gravity, within the company or for loading and unloading vehicles, facilitating their handling and transport.
With the pantograph conveyor belt with free rollers, the operator no longer needs to manually load the product, avoiding excessive and repetitive effort. When the conveyor is held horizontally, the operator can perform only manual handling (ideal for order picking lines). When used in an inclined position, boxes or items will move freely, using only gravity. (Ideal for logistics sectors and cargo handling, shipping, etc.).
Easy to maneuver and make turns, where the user only needs to use the metal handles to adapt the equipment to the layout of their warehouse.

Our free roller conveyor is an extendable conveyor, mounted on a pantographic metal frame and made of galvanized steel. It is equipped with galvanized steel rollers and bearings with free balls for better sliding.
It comes with supports for height adjustments, a handle for moving, stopping and stacking boxes on the conveyor, and wheels with pedal braking devices.
The pantograph conveyor belt with free rollers does not use plastic components, making it more resistant and durable.
