Substation Panels
MCK Energia has trained technicians and engineers with extensive knowledge in the design, assembly, configuration, installation, and testing of electrical panels and switchboards to meet the quality and performance requirements of power plants, distribution and transmission substations, and other installations.
We supply electrical panels developed according to the highest quality and safety standards, guaranteeing efficient and long-lasting performance for industrial, commercial, and residential installations.
Currently, our projects are marketed in two ways: Through a "configurator," a system previously agreed upon with the client, in which there is a standard budget based on the number of connection points for each panel; and through the preparation of a "proposal," with the budget based on the detailed specifications of each final product.
The panels are assembled in accordance with NR10, ABNT, IEC and ANSI standards, including:
Mechanical Assembly;
Electrical Assembly;
Face;
Wiring Harness Assembly;
Point-to-Point, Functional, and Dielectric Tests.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
Our goal is to promote solutions, prioritizing quality, speed, and flexibility in process execution, thus ensuring customer satisfaction. We manufacture electrical panels to fulfill a wide variety of functions, such as:
Control, protection, monitoring and interlocking of electrical power networks;
Electrical power manipulation;
Remote control with a Control Center (CCO), among others, serving large consumers and concessionaires.
