Ultrasonic Welding
When joining needs to be fast, clean, precise, and without compromising the integrity of the material, insisting on traditional processes is not only inefficient—it's a risk to product quality and business competitiveness.
MCK develops complete robotic ultrasonic welding cells, custom-designed to solve precisely these problems, delivering total process control, absolute repeatability, and real productivity gains.
The advantages that transform your process:
Welding without excessive heat: Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency mechanical vibrations, allowing the joining of materials without flame, without arc, and without significant heating, preserving the integrity of the workpiece.
Precision, repeatability, and consistent quality: Integrated with industrial robots, the cell ensures that each weld is identical to the previous one, eliminating human variations and drastically reducing rework and defects.
High productivity and shorter cycle time: The process is extremely fast. With robotic automation, your production line operates at a constant, predictable, and scalable pace.
Zero consumables, lower costs: With no need for adhesives, screws, metal welding, or additional materials, the cost per piece drops significantly, increasing your profitability.
Clean, safe and sustainable process: With no fumes, splashes or residue, ultrasonic welding improves the work environment, reduces occupational risks and contributes to more sustainable industrial practices.

If your company faces quality issues, technical limitations, high costs, or difficulty scaling production, MCK Automação's robotic ultrasonic welding cell is the right choice to eliminate these problems.
Achieve higher quality, greater productivity, less waste, and a process prepared for the future of the industry.
Contact MCK Automação and discover how to transform your production line with high-performance ultrasonic welding technology.

Ultrasonic welding of thermoplastics is a welding procedure in which heat is generated by friction in the plastic through mechanical oscillations. These oscillations energize the plastic molecules, causing them to move as well. The plastic softens and begins to melt. The components are joined to each other by complementary or material bonding. After a brief holding time under pressure, they remain bonded at the molecular level.
MCK is a company that offers high technology in the implementation and automation of ultrasonic welding processes.
Robotic welding is guided by a high-capacity and high-precision robot, providing great profitability to the entire process.
Combined with experience gained from previous projects and a highly skilled team in robotic welding, MCK has the know-how to develop advanced ultrasonic welding solutions.

Advantages
Processing time: approximately 1.0 second
Short cooling and/or drying time
The welded parts have no burrs.
Allows for use in packaging of food products and similar items.
No pre-treatments are necessary.
High processing reliability due to uniformity of applied ultrasonic energy.
It allows for the processing of parts containing flammable or explosive products without risk of explosion, among other things.
