MCK Automação prioritizes the health and well-being of its employees. To this end, we implemented the Health and Movement program, which helps employees prevent activity-related illnesses and injuries and encourages physical activity through workplace gymnastics, emphasizing the importance of improving quality of life and maintaining good health.
We perform medical examinations in a specialized clinic, according to the employee's role, such as a complete Occupational Health Certificate, Admission, Periodic, Dismissal, return to work, change of role, Chest X-ray, BP, EEGECG, blood count, spirometry, Audiometry, Visual Acuity, Blood Glucose, Urine I, Coproculture, VDRL, PPF, all updated periodically according to regulatory standards.
The PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program) and the PGR (Risk Management Program) are prepared according to each function of the company, meeting all standards and coordinated by our occupational safety engineer.
